These Terms of Use govern your use of the Auxano Forever Wellness application (the “App”), provided by Auxano Forever. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of the Service
The App provides general wellness and educational information only. It is not a medical provider, healthcare institution, dietitian, nutritionist, physician, dermatologist, therapist, physical therapist, or emergency service.
2. No Medical Advice
Information, recommendations, recipes, skincare suggestions, fitness routines, and other content provided through the App are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and are not substitutes for professional medical or nutritional advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. The App does not collect a date of birth. By using the App you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities conducted under your account, and you agree to provide accurate registration information.
5. Product Purchases
Auxano Forever product purchases are completed on the official Auxano Forever storefront. Product availability, pricing, shipping, and fulfillment are governed by that storefront's own terms; the App links out to it and does not process product payments itself.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Wellness Plus is a recurring paid subscription billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Current plans are: Monthly at $8.99 per month; Quarterly at $18.99 every 3 months; Six-month at $35.99 every 6 months; and Annual at $59.99 every year. When a 7-day free trial is offered, checkout shows the trial end date and first charge date before you confirm. You authorize recurring charges at the then-current rate of your selected plan until you cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel at any time from Profile & Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Price changes, if any, will be communicated in advance. A 60-day launch access period may give an account full access from its recorded start date through the displayed end date. No payment card is required, no paid subscription is created, and access ends by returning to the free tier unless the member separately chooses a paid plan.
7. User Content
Check-ins, logs, notes, and other entries you submit are your content. You grant Auxano Forever a limited license to use them solely to provide and improve the App's personalization features for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, disrupt the service, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, recipes, rituals, and content (other than your user content) are owned by Auxano Forever and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell App content without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
The App and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auxano Forever is not liable for any damages arising from use of or reliance on the App, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Profile & Settings. Auxano Forever may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to protect the service.
12. Governing Law & Disputes

Replace with lawyer-approved final text.] These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Auxano Forever operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally first; otherwise, disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. The specific jurisdiction and dispute-resolution terms must be confirmed by a qualified lawyer before launch.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will indicate the updated date below. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
